R.I.P Grandma Vune

Grandma Vune passed away peacefully Saturday evening. 

She will be greatly missed by many.

Cade is a "Terrific Kid"!

Cade was nominated by his teacher for the local Kiwanis Club' Terrific Kid program. He attended a lunch today at Prantes Restaurant in town. He was handed a certificate, and a speaker read what his teacher wrote about him. This is what she wrote: "Cade Kelsen is a terrific kid! Cade has done a fantastic job this year in fifth grade. I can count on Cade to be paying attention in class and participating throughout the lessons each day. Cade is kind, considerate, and respectful to all of those who are around him. He is a very kind friend so kids really enjoy being with him. Cade has a great sense of humor. He makes me laugh on a regular basis, which I look forward to each day. Cade is a fantastic reader. He has gone above and beyond his goal each quarter in gaining his Accelerated Reader points. Keep up the great job, Cade!" -Mrs. Haugo

65th Annniversary Celebration

Great Grandpa & Grandma Storhoff celebrated their 65th anniversary today at the Enderlin Senior Citizen's Building. We all had a great time. Hopefully we can follow in their footsteps!

NDSCS Dreams Auction

Chris and I attended the annual NDSCS Dreams Auction on Friday night. We had a really good time. The food was great, like usual. Afterwards, we went with some friends to a bar and I actually sang karaoke...yep, Chris even got it on video!

Kindergarten Registration

Can you believe our little Camden is going to be going to kindergarten in the fall? Yep, it's true. We had kindergarten registration last night where he got to go and look at both kindergarten rooms and meet both teachers. He ran up and gave the first one a big hug! He loved playing with the toys and seeing some of his friends. He didn't want to leave when it was time to go. We think he will like kindergarten!

Cade's 1st Communion

Cade had his first communion last night at Breckenridge Lutheran Church. There were 20 5th graders who celebrated their first communion. Cade commented that the wine tasted "spicy" and he can't understand how people can drink glasses of wine! Congrats, Cade!
