Cade playing Basketball

Cade had a basketball game on Saturday. He scored the first 4 points and was the high scorer with 6 points total! He also got new sports glasses that he is wearing. Grandpa John, Grandma June, and Grandma Cathy came to watch him play. Here he did a jump stop and scored a basket (he is #50).

Puppies

Cousin Carol brought 4 puppies to show the kids. She's is selling them for her sister. The kids would've loved to have had one, but we won't be having any pets due to allergies.

Cade is "Student of the Month"

Cade's band teacher nominated him for "Student of the Month" because she was very impressed at how well he was doing in band. He really likes playing the trombone! He's excited for his upcoming concerts.

New Beds

We've recently had a lot of bed changes at our house. Chris and I got a new queen mattress and boxspring. Cade got our old queen set, Paige got Cade's old set, and Brielle got moved out of her crib and into Paige's old bed! We figured it was time for a bed now that she is potty training so she can go to the bathroom if she needs to.

Potty Training is going well

Brielle is doing pretty well with potty training. I wouldn't call her totally trained yet, but last week, she only had 3 accidents at daycare all week! Yesterday was an accident-free day!

On January 14, we drove to Riverbend Farm near Valley City to celebrate Christmas with the Storhoff's. We all had a great time!

Busy with Potty Training

We have been busy with potty training Brielle. It's been going pretty good. She went to daycare yesterday in underwear and only had 1 accident all day (but it was a messy one). Hopefully she will soon begin telling us when she has to go.
