Cade's 1st Basketball Tournament

Cade had his first basketball tournament on Saturday. The 3rd graders needed another team, so the 2nd graders were picked to play against the 3rd graders. Cade's team did pretty well considering they only had 1 practice beforehand.

Look how I've grown in a month!

I had a doctor's appt. yesterday. The baby has grown and taken shape since the last ultrasound. The cerclage surgery is scheduled for Feb. 5. After that, I'll really have to take it easy. I told my doctor that I have an almost 2 year old who weighs over 35 lbs. that I have to lift in and out of his crib, up on his changing table for diaper changes, etc. and he said that could be a problem as he won't want me straining at all. We have some figuring out to do... My "afternoon sickness" still hasn't ended as I had hoped. I'm still really tired in the evenings, going to bed early. Hopefully soon I'll be feeling better and have more energy!
Jan. 19 (11 weeks)
Dec. 18 (6.5 weeks)
Basically the baby looked like a little round ball.

Basketball Saturdays

Digging Out Rudolph

Finally, the extreme cold weather is gone so the kids are able to get outside to play. They wanted to try and dig out "Rudolph" so he could go back in the garage until next Christmas. I have a feeling I'll be making them some hot chocolate after awhile.

Another Snow Day

Today we don't have school once again because of blizzard conditions. The kids and I are enjoying our day off. I just got done organizing my pantry, and Cade is reading books to Paige. I still am experiencing morning sickness; however, I feel fine in the mornings, it's the afternoons and evenings when I don't feel the best. It's getting a little better, so hopefully soon, I'll be feeling back to myself. When I was pregnant with Camden, my morning sickness stopped at Week 10, which will be tomorrow. I've also been so tired in the evenings, going to bed early each night. My next doctor's appointment is in a week...Monday, January 19. I'm doctoring again with Dr. Herzog at MeritCare Clinic in Fargo. I'll have the cerclage surgery the beginning of February...we'll schedule that on Monday. Cade and Paige started basketball on Saturdays from 9-10am. We'll have to get some pictures of them practicing. Not too much else is new...
